On the day the youths are boarding the buses to camp, Angela runs over a potential camper with a garbage truck and assumes her identity. Once she has infiltrated the camp, the real terror begins.

Strangely, he doesn't die - he transforms into slick stud Mr. Hype. Unfortunately, Hype has an insatiable thirst for blood, and he ends up killing his dates before any romance unfolds. He soon sets his sights on the sweet Coral (Sunny Johnson), who secretly loves Heckyl, but not Hype.

Scott Warrington (Mauritz Hugo) returns to his childhood home in Louisiana after learning that his deceased sister, Lila (Veda Ann Borg), may have been poisoned. Secretly, however, von Altermann is a Nazi who has been perfecting a way to turn the dead, including Lila, into an army of zombies who will serve Hitler.

When wealthy banker Walter Craig (Gus Glassmire) disappears, former private eye Nick Trayne (James Dunn) comes out of retirement to find the missing man. As Nick gets to know the contentious Craig family, the rich man reappears, but someone has put him in an unresponsive, zombie-like state. Then a member of the family is found stabbed to death, with Walter standing over him. When Walter attacks Nick, it seems that the catatonic banker is the killer, but Nick thinks there is more to the mystery.
