Supertato quickly realises that jelly isn’t anything to be scared of and is soon making jelly sculptures of his own. He creates a jelly space hopper to bounce over to Evil Pea and defeat her.

Duggee and the Squirrels are enjoying a day at the beach. Suddenly a great shadow comes over them as they are dwarfed by a giant, regal sailing ship that has run aground on the beach. The Squirrels go to investigate. They encounter the Penguins who explain they were on a very important mission when they got sick. They need to head to a nearby island, but they are too poorly to sail the ship. Can Duggee and the Squirrels help.

It's a good job that daddy Anton has baked good-luck biscuits for everyone to enjoy. The tannoy announces that the concert is about to begin again – the conductor is on stage, and the orchestra is ready to play. Soon it will be time for Joshua’s solo.

Evil Pea overhears, so she knows exactly how she can beat him – with lots of jelly! Carrot and Broccoli help Supertato conquer his fear, but Evil Pea turns up with a splatterpult loaded with jelly and fires it at him. Supertato quickly realises that jelly isn’t anything to be scared of and is soon making jelly sculptures of his own. He creates a jelly space hopper to bounce over to Evil Pea and defeat her.

Whilst Carrot works on Robotato, the rest of the Tato Team go to watch a magician, who is actually Evil Pea in disguise. Evil Pea makes Broccoli, Chilli and Tomato ‘disappear’ under the stage, and just as Supertato volunteers to be next, Carrot arrives and recognises Evil Pea. Supertato worries about where the rest of their friends are, but Carrot has already come up with her own magical plan to get them back.

She then wraps the potato mixture around her special ingredient, hard-boiled eggs, rolls them in breadcrumbs and puts them in the oven to be cooked. Evil Pea makes Broccoli, Chilli and Tomato ‘disappear’ under the stage, and just as Supertato volunteers to be next, Carrot arrives and recognises Evil Pea. Supertato worries about where the rest of their friends are, but Carrot has already come up with her own magical plan to get them back.

While waiting to be picked up from school, Jack plays at being a sailor lost at sea.

Bing and Sula are having so much fun playing together, they don't want to say goodbye when Amma arrives to pick Sula up. To delay her departure, Bing hides Sula's sparkly shoe in the toilet, and it gets soaking wet - much to Sula's annoyance. It looks as though Sula will have to hop home, until Bing finds a way to turn the 'bad-bye' back into a goodbye again.

Pando is at Bing's house today and has an earworm called Bingly Bangly. Bing isn't impressed with this, declaring that he is Bing. When Pando can't resist saying the name, Bing knocks Pando's tower over and wants him to go home. But then Flop suggests they try a 'Thingly song' instead.

Ubercorn and Glitch head to the Svalbard Global Seed Vault, hoping to keep some seeds from Glitch's rare fruit tree safe for the future. But, just like when they were cadets together, the two of them get into trouble. Glitch accidentally crashes the Grimbler into the vault, and its hot engines start melting the ice that keeps the seeds cool! With the Go Jetters delayed by a malfunctioning Jet Pad, can Ubercorn and Glitch save the scientists, the vault and Glitch's rare seeds.

It's time for the annual Animal Obstacle Course Race. The animals need to work together in teams to complete the course. Duggee has his obstacle course badge. He and the Squirrels form the RED team and the fun begins.

The Squirrels are playing dress-up when they hear a ghostly sound. They can see that something has spooked the chickens, so they stop what they are doing to investigate. They come across several different items, such as ghostly white footprints, and then they spot a floating sheet. What is going on? The Squirrels will have to take the long way round if they want to catch whatever it is.

The Twirlywoos visit a butterfly farm, where they watch all kinds of butterflies but are fascinated most by a small one that lands nearby. A man arrives with a plate of fruit, and the Twirlywoos quickly hide. When he leaves, they follow the small butterfly, looking for it behind leaves and flowerpots. The Twirlywoos eventually catch up with the small butterfly when the Hooter calls them home and they lift off into the air, and they find themselves flying beside it. Back on the boat, the Twirlywoos are tickled by a little starfish which comes out of Peekaboo's house. To avoid being caught, the starfish keeps on shrinking, getting smaller and smaller until it gets so tiny that it disappears altogether.

When the Squirrels find Duggee playing the saxophone, they want to have a go, too. Several pots, balloons, tins, tubes and some water later, and the Squirrels are making music. And boy, are they loud.

This one is all about a seabird called a sooty tern. Jen has deployed one of her remote-controlled bird-cams, which is painted to look like a sooty tern, to a small island in the Indian Ocean. The live feed from the bird-cam will be played during Mr Hammond's talk. Jen gets the feed up on the screen to show Andy. The footage shows a young sooty tern flying across the ocean on its fledgling flight. Suddenly, the image turns to static! Mr Hammond really needs that live feed for his talk, and Andy realises there’s only one thing for it. It’s time to go on an aquatic adventure.

Then, in a game based on light and shadows, the young scientists have to figure out what their team captains are holding by observing their shadows behind a huge screen. Finally, the teams learn about structures by building arched bridges they can step across to reach an island. Meanwhile, Sam and Ayo are competing to see who can make the best model rocket. The scientist who loses must clean the other’s dirty lab beakers for a week! Who will triumph.

Jen is trying to put together an audio database of animal sounds for Mr Hammond's birthday, but one sound, resembling a howl, eludes them. Andy jets off in his safari-mobile to the Sonoran desert in America in search of the mystery sound and the animal that made it. They head out on their brand new skis - but Evil Pea starts shooting snowballs from her Peamobile and corners the Tatocar! Luckily, Carrot has another new gadget ready. The Tatocar turns into the Tatocopter and dodges the snowballs, which causes them to fall back on Evil Pea.

It's show and tell day, and it's Bertie's turn to share with the class why he loves gardening. The pups are keen to give it a go but haven't fully listened to how it should be done. When Bertie mentions digging, Dodge gets carried away. Together with the pups, they end up ruining the garden. Bertie gets cross and feels upset. Dodge and Bertie both realise their mistakes, apologise, and become friends again.

The Twirlywoos are at an ice rink where they watch a young girl practising a routine where she twirls around. The girl leaves the ice, and the Twirlywoos can't resist having a go themselves, but when they get on the ice and try to twirl they find it's trickier than it looks! The Box visits the boat. It has a grass skirt inside which causes the wearer to twirl around. Each one of the Twirlywoos wears the skirt and is twirled around by it. It then lands on Toodloo who performs a twirling routine, twirling faster and faster. Toodloo looks like a spinning top and careers around the boat out of control - past Peekaboo, who gets spun around! Toodloo twirls around very quickly and is lifted up off the ground and out of the top of the boat! The grass skirt flies off and Toodloo drops back down, landing with the other Twirlywoos.

The Twirlywoos visit a butterfly farm, where they watch all kinds of butterflies but are fascinated most by a small one that lands nearby. A man arrives with a plate of fruit, and the Twirlywoos quickly hide. When he leaves, they follow the small butterfly, looking for it behind leaves and flowerpots. The Twirlywoos eventually catch up with the small butterfly when the Hooter calls them home and they lift off into the air, and they find themselves flying beside it. Back on the boat, the Twirlywoos are tickled by a little starfish which comes out of Peekaboo's house. To avoid being caught, the starfish keeps on shrinking, getting smaller and smaller until it gets so tiny that it disappears altogether.

Justin and his friends visit the cinema to watch a very special funny film. Meanwhile, Mr Tumble directs his own film with a little help from all of his toys.

When Andy leaves his sandwich in the lion enclosure, it attracts an infestation of flies, just as Mr Hammond is hoping to take pictures of the lions for the park's website. Andy jets off to Africa in his safari-mobile to see how lions in the wild deal with flies. Along the way, he meets an agama lizard who just might have the solution to Andy's predicament.

Waffle is unwell. He's in his pyjamas and under strict orders to stay in bed and rest. But poor Waffle can't get comfy. In his mission to uncover the craft and engineering skills that helped to build Britain, Fred looks to the Middle Ages and the transformation of an Englishman's castle into his home. Carpenters were the great engineers of this time, and Fred visits Stokesey Castle, the oldest moated and fortified house in England, to scale the walls and examine the technique of 'jettying' - making the bedroom a bit bigger. Fred also discovers how massive arched timber roofs were constructed. At Little Moreton Hall in Cheshire, Fred explores one of the finest examples of timber-framed architecture in England and demonstrates how carpenters of the 15th and 16th century actually constructed these chocolate-box buildings. Fred's journey ends at Harvington Hall near Kidderminster, home to some of the finest priest holes in the country, devised by master carpenter Nicholas Owen during the reign of Elizabeth I.

At Glamis Castle, Fred shows how a simple sandstone tower house was transformed 400 years ago into a great house with more than a passing resemblance to a fairy-tale castle, with the help of stonemasons from Aberdeen and plasterers from Italy. The House of Dun, near Montrose, is one of the finest country houses to be designed by William Adam, and Fred gets stuck into some ornamental plasterwork at a specialist manufacturer's. But it was Adam's son Robert who made such an impact on house building that he had an architectural style named after him, and to demonstrate his achievement, Fred travels to Culzean Castle on the Ayrshire coast.

The journey is repeated with some special surprises along the way, and everyone has a boogie when Dee's friend finally succeeds in saying today's word.

The girl leaves the ice, and the Twirlywoos can't resist having a go themselves, but when they get on the ice and try to twirl they find it's trickier than it looks! The Box visits the boat. It has a grass skirt inside which causes the wearer to twirl around. Each one of the Twirlywoos wears the skirt and is twirled around by it. It then lands on Toodloo who performs a twirling routine, twirling faster and faster. Toodloo looks like a spinning top and careers around the boat out of control - past Peekaboo, who gets spun around! Toodloo twirls around very quickly and is lifted up off the ground and out of the top of the boat! The grass skirt flies off and Toodloo drops back down, landing with the other Twirlywoos.

The Twirlywoos are in a hall where they watch a couple rehearsing a ballroom dance, accompanied by a piano player. He starts off playing slowly and speeds up towards the end of the dance, which gets quicker and more energetic. The Twirlywoos watch this with interest, and when the pianist steps out to take a break, they decide to investigate the piano. They start to play their own tune by running and jumping on the keys, and the dancers come in and start trying to dance to it. As the Twirlywoos get carried away, the tune gets faster and faster, and the dancers try frantically to keep up. The Hooter ends the performance by calling the Twirlywoos home, and the dancers fall in an exhausted heap on the floor! The Twirlywoos come back to the boat to find the Twirlywoo Screen. A red dot appears, and when Toodloo touches it, it makes a 'splat' sound. More dots appear, and the Twirlywoos splat them as quickly as they can. The dots appear faster and faster, and the Twirlywoos have to move faster to keep up with them. Eventually the whole Twirlywoo Screen is covered in brightly coloured splats, like an abstract painting.

Justin and his friends learn all about getting their eyes tested. Meanwhile, Mr Tumble helps Grandad Tumble with some new glasses when he loses his old pair.
