Toodloo looks like a spinning top and careers around the boat out of control - past Peekaboo, who gets spun around! Toodloo twirls around very quickly and is lifted up off the ground and out of the top of the boat! The grass skirt flies off and Toodloo drops back down, landing with the other Twirlywoos.

Afterwards, they return back to the canal boat to have dinner and get ready for bed. The next day they return to the locks, where they open the large swing bridge. Ivy finishes the day by cruising along the canal and enjoying the view.

The Twirlywoos are in a hall where they watch a couple rehearsing a ballroom dance, accompanied by a piano player. He starts off playing slowly and speeds up towards the end of the dance, which gets quicker and more energetic. The Twirlywoos watch this with interest, and when the pianist steps out to take a break, they decide to investigate the piano. They start to play their own tune by running and jumping on the keys, and the dancers come in and start trying to dance to it. As the Twirlywoos get carried away, the tune gets faster and faster, and the dancers try frantically to keep up. The Hooter ends the performance by calling the Twirlywoos home, and the dancers fall in an exhausted heap on the floor! The Twirlywoos come back to the boat to find the Twirlywoo Screen. A red dot appears, and when Toodloo touches it, it makes a 'splat' sound. More dots appear, and the Twirlywoos splat them as quickly as they can. The dots appear faster and faster, and the Twirlywoos have to move faster to keep up with them. Eventually the whole Twirlywoo Screen is covered in brightly coloured splats, like an abstract painting.

With some hard work, the Squirrels deliver all the packages and Delivery Chipmunk is alright again. The Squirrels have truly earned their delivery badge.

Joining Gail and Keith for today's GiggleQuiz are Rapids Johnson and Professor Muddles. Muddles reveals his latest invention: the Quiz Fit, which is designed to help Keith quiz and keep fit at the same time. As Peggee and the Hummingbirds journey up the river to deliver a parcel, they have fun spotting and avoiding the wildlife that they meet along the way. They deliver them at the same time, but they contain different things – one is full of biscuits and the other organic almond milk. They aren’t the same but they go really well together, just like the Squirrels and Hummingbirds.

Major is busy in his workshop and three froglets are helping. When he’s finished, Major is so pleased he gives each froglet a medal to thank them for their help. The medal wearing froglets now see themselves as better than the other froglets, and soon the two groups are not talking to each other. It takes all of Major’s and Granny’s cunning to settle this froglet dispute.

When Bing tries the watering can, he accidentally drops the magnet behind the flowerbed! Neither Bing nor Coco can reach it, so Flop shows them how to fish with magnets.

The Squirrels are helping Duggee in the garden when Tag makes friends with a caterpillar. This caterpillar is very hungry, so Tag feeds her all the vegetable leaves they have been picking. She eats and eats and eats and gets bigger and bigger. Wow! The other Squirrels are really keen to play with her too, but Tag's caterpillar friend is suddenly very tired and needs to sleep. The Squirrels are also a bit sleepy, time for a nap! When the Squirrels wake up, they cannot find caterpillar - she has disappeared. In her place, as if by magic, there is someone else. How did that happen.

It's lovely and warm - just right for a day on the beach. The Squirrels learn how to make sandcastles - dig, dig, dig! They are doing such a good job that Jon and Nigel ask the crabs if the Squirrels could work together to build them a new home. They create the most spectacular giant sandcastle ever seen, with shells, seaweed, great views and lots of sand.

Peter embarks on a series of exciting adventures and tries to be just like his late father, with the help of his best friends Benjamin and Lily. Peter and his friends set out to taste the sweetest dandelions in the world, only to find that they're protected by the meanest character in the entire valley.

The Go Jetters travel to the Valley of Balls in Kazakhstan, where they find thousands of rocks which are almost perfectly round. Meanwhile, Grandmaster Glitch is seeking the ideal ball to use to practise his bowling - something big and heavy. What could be better then one of the giant balls of rock from the Valley of Balls? But things start to go wrong for the Grandmaster when he rolls the ball of rock right out of Grim HQ and straight towards an unsuspecting group of tourists. The Go Jetters take to the Vroomster to try to stop the ball.

The Twirlywoos are at the beach, where they see a lady and her father sitting in deckchairs. The lady insists that her dad puts his sun hat on, which he does reluctantly. When he thinks she isn't looking he takes it off, but she notices and makes him put it back on again. The Twirlywoos observe this, and they pop up behind her dad and take his hat off again! Every time they do this, his daughter notices and tells him to put his hat back on. In the end the lady takes her scarf and ties it around her dad's head to keep his hat on! The Very Important Lady visits the boat, only to fall apart. The Twirlywoos put her back together, but every time they think she's fixed, a piece of her falls off and the Twirlywoos have to put it back on again.

The Squirrels have just got some new walkie-talkies and are having so much fun with them. Duggee calls the Squirrels to come for some blueberry juice, but as Tag is running, he trips over a car and falls through a secret door in the wall! Communicating through his walkie-talkie, Tag doesn’t know where he is. He can see lots and lots of things around him but no one has any idea where this room is in the house.

When the Squirrels search for Enid, they are surprised to hear her meow from the top of the Mighty Sugar Bun Mountain. The Squirrels prepare for the climb to rescue Enid, but first Duggee teaches them what they need to pack in their backpacks for a successful trip. The team walk through rocky terrain, grey skies, plentiful rain and snow blizzards but keep morale high as they learn how phrasing negative thoughts into helpful ones will let them overcome any challenges along the way. The Squirrels repeat their positive affirmations to keep climbing up the Sugar Bun as a team, and when they find themselves at the top of the mountain, they all give Enid a big hug. A successful rescue mission means Happy can have his nap on the sofa with Enid when they are back.

When Sunny doesn’t want to see the Sweetwood Band, even though he loves music, Vida helps him out with earmuffs and he gets to enjoy the show.

Not only has his glider got an engine, but he also wants to make the lesson into a race. Not cool..

During a picnic with his family, Max and his family discover an amazing lighthouse with lots of stairs. After having lots of fun climbing all the way to the very top, his parents ask him if he would like to try the next challenge: rock climbing! The family all head over to a rock climbing wall. It's very high, but Max isn't afraid and after just a few lessons feels like he's ready to climb to the top all by himself. After a successful climb, Max then decides it's time for his last big challenge: abseiling down a huge cliff face.

Then, he has to listen for the klaxon so he can let Rayane know the race is starting. He doesn’t want him to get left behind! Rayane’s football coach uses British Sign Language to communicate the rules of the race to the runners before they set off. Diesel has to run alongside Rayane and alert him to any danger or to anyone trying to get past. Karim is leading the field until he takes a wrong turn – and Rayane and Diesel set off in hot pursuit. Can they catch their friend and help him finish the race.

Children’s cookery series with Big Cook Jen and Little Cook Small. Jen starts a kitchen disco in the cafe while they bake cakes, but the radio runs out of batteries. Meanwhile, they cook a delicious robot fridge cake for Ruby Robot.

Duggee also has a delivery badge and he will try to deliver all of Chipmunk’s packages with the help of the Squirrels. Before they begin, they need to learn the rules of delivering. With some hard work, the Squirrels deliver all the packages and Delivery Chipmunk is alright again. The Squirrels have truly earned their delivery badge.

Cosima is so excited to tell Big Lizard about her life on earth that she doesn't realise he has something exciting to say to her.

As Peggee and the Hummingbirds journey up the river to deliver a parcel, they have fun spotting and avoiding the wildlife that they meet along the way. All while Otti tries to avoid playing with the boat whistle! The Hummingbirds see the likes of meerkats, an aye-aye and snapping turtles and soon bump into some friendly faces - Duggee and the Squirrels! They are delivering a parcel upstream too. They reach their destination at the same time, and Otti and Roly finally get to sound the boat whistle. They are all directed towards a mysterious-looking cave where Chew Chew is waiting for both parcels. They deliver them at the same time, but they contain different things – one is full of biscuits and the other organic almond milk. They aren’t the same but they go really well together, just like the Squirrels and Hummingbirds.

Fearing he and the band have failed to save the school, Andy vows to give up rock forever. With help from the Guardian of Rock, Andy and the band travel back in time to where it all began.

The Brooklyn-Bells are on holiday with Gramps, so Waffle is staying at Angela’s dog kennels for a couple of nights. During a face-to-face call with Waffle, the Brooklyn-Bells check their wonder dog is settling in and ensure he has his favourite snuggly toy with him, PegStar. Angela tries to settle Waffle but he whines, he’s missing his Brooklyn-Bell family and looks at their photo on the wall of his kennel. Angela resorts to calling the Brooklyn-Bells and explains that when dogs are very disruptive, she expects their owners, or someone they know, to pick them up. Jess has an idea – there’s someone who might be able to pick Waffle up in the morning - Mrs Hobbs.

Is Flynne in trouble? Oona is determined to find out.

JoJo and Gran Gran visit the park cafe, where JoJo tries the daily special on the menu for the first time. When they get home, they decide to make a play cafe in Gran Gran's garden for JoJo's toys to visit. JoJo makes a menu and Gran Gran helps her make the play food. JoJo learns how much fun it is to run a cafe – especially when you have a special on the menu.

JoJo and Gran Gran visit the market early in the morning to buy some fish. But before they can collect their fish from Navid the fishmonger, they get distracted helping their friends. They choose a new ball for Monty and help Charlene choose the perfect headwraps. Navid saves their fish for them, and JoJo learns that the market is just like a family – the people are kind and look out for each other.

Mr Onion finds a paper cone in the curiosity box and discovers it is good for 'loud talking'. In Storyland, Mr Onion arrives at Sleepy Castle, where everybody has been asleep for a hundred years. How might Mr Onion use his paper cone.

It feels like an earthquake shakes the Clangers’ planet. Major and Small go out to investigate. The music trees’ notes have been shaken off, so Small puts them back on, before discovering what has happened to cause this - the eggbot has crashed onto the planet and is stuck in a crater. Meanwhile, Tiny discovers that the notes on the music trees are now in the wrong order. Small has an idea that if he can rescue the eggbot, the eggbot will be able to help get the notes back in the right order.

Series for young children about a magical place inhabited by a community of toy characters that care for each other and have fun together. The Tombliboos decide to ride in the Pinky Ponk, but it keeps landing to allow someone else to board. The fun is to guess from the clues through the window who will board next. Split is terrified of sliding down the necks of giant Broccolisaurus.

The Veggies are delighted with a new tablet they’ve found. When they’re not looking, Evil Pea turns the tablet to evil mode. Soon the tablet takes over the supermarket.

Bing finds his old baby shoes. They are much too small for Bing now, but Coco loves them and so does baby Charlie. When they fit Charlie, Bing has a hard time letting them go to a new home until Charlie's first steps help Bing to realise they will be more use to someone whose feet are the right size.

Coco is showing Bing how magnets work. While Coco builds a tower, Bing wants to find more magnetic things. In the garden he tests the ball, table and key, announcing which are magnetic. When Bing tries the watering can, he accidentally drops the magnet behind the flowerbed! Neither Bing nor Coco can reach it, so Flop shows them how to fish with magnets.

The Squirrels are helping Duggee in the garden when Tag makes friends with a caterpillar. This caterpillar is very hungry, so Tag feeds her all the vegetable leaves they have been picking. She eats and eats and eats and gets bigger and bigger. Wow! The other Squirrels are really keen to play with her too, but Tag's caterpillar friend is suddenly very tired and needs to sleep. The Squirrels are also a bit sleepy, time for a nap! When the Squirrels wake up, they cannot find caterpillar - she has disappeared. In her place, as if by magic, there is someone else. How did that happen.

It's lovely and warm - just right for a day on the beach. The Squirrels learn how to make sandcastles - dig, dig, dig! They are doing such a good job that Jon and Nigel ask the crabs if the Squirrels could work together to build them a new home. They create the most spectacular giant sandcastle ever seen, with shells, seaweed, great views and lots of sand.

The Go Jetters travel to the Valley of Balls in Kazakhstan, where they find thousands of rocks which are almost perfectly round. Meanwhile, Grandmaster Glitch is seeking the ideal ball to use to practise his bowling - something big and heavy. What could be better then one of the giant balls of rock from the Valley of Balls? But things start to go wrong for the Grandmaster when he rolls the ball of rock right out of Grim HQ and straight towards an unsuspecting group of tourists. The Go Jetters take to the Vroomster to try to stop the ball.

Peter is left to babysit Cotton-tail but can't resist an exciting event at the squirrel camp. He brings his sleeping sister along but soon must rescue her when she wakes up and crawls away.

A successful rescue mission means Happy can have his nap on the sofa with Enid when they are back.

Grandmaster Glitch is out on a camping expedition in Mongolia. There's not much around except a group of Mongolian nomads - people who travel around the country with their animals, camping in amazing tents called gers. Glitch visits their camp and inadvertently offends them, then his misfiring jetpack causes him to land on one of their precious horses, causing it to gallop away from the camp with Glitch on its back! The Go Jetters take to the Vroomster to try and stop Glitch and the runaway horse but end up scaring the horses and causing a stampede. They need click-ons to calm down the Mongolian horses before things get out of control.

When Cotton-tail's birthday cake is stolen and Peter vows to get it back, he finds himself in hot water with a host of angry villains.

They grab sequins, patches, feathers and lights, and then showcase what they have all done. Norrie has added sequins to her T-shirt and made it into a new wonderfully sparkly outfit. Betty has added loads of useful items to her headband, like a calculator and a pencil, to wear it on all occasions. Roly has painted glow-in-the-dark paint on his wellies, and now he can splash in the dark. Tag has painted his helmet and added horns so he looks super-turbo! Roly has turned his potato into a beautifully made-up face with pink and yellow hair. The Squirrels want to accessorise everything. Soon enough, the whole of the Clubhouse and the town are new and improved, but the Squirrels are getting tired. There’s a chance they may have got carried away, so they go to work toning it down a touch. Less is more.

Duggee masters his ambition of building a model of the Clubhouse out of sticks, so the Squirrels start to think about what their ambitions might be. Norrie wants to learn how to break dance. Happy has always wanted to jump the famous triple puddle splash. Betty has always wanted to teach Mr Cuddles how to speak Portuguese. Roly has loads, from growing a potato to becoming a pirate. Tag spends a long time thinking what his could be, and then it clicks - he needs to climb over the log! Duggee gets to work helping all of the Squirrels train so they can reach their goals. Duggee teaches them that while it may be hard, the important thing is to keep trying and eventually you’ll get there. The Squirrels achieve their ambitions, and Tag successfully climbs over the log. Now they have achieved their first ambitions, the Squirrels can continue to reach for the stars. And they know Duggee is proud of them no matter what they achieve, and that they should be proud of themselves.

Together, they make the best team! Dr Amit is off to the florist's to buy some flowers for his wife, Seema. To help him get there, Kika enlists the help of top secret 'bumpy bits', the system of clever dots and lines on the pavement that humans call tactile paving. As they navigate their way over a zebra crossing, along a footpath next to a cycle lane, down a stairway near the station and across the road at a pelican crossing, with its top secret spinning cone, Kika explains how the different bumpy bits help her and Dr Amit find their way around town. It’s like reading a secret code. Dr Amit wears shoes that he can feel the different bumps through. And when he finds shoes that are good for the bumps, he buys five pairs! But on their way back from the florist's, Kika finds their path blocked. Can she use her super sight find a new way home in time to give Seema her flowers.

Je'nae is cooking her favourite meal of Jamaican saltfish and cabbage. Her family are Jamaican, and in Jamaica saltfish and cabbage is a very popular meal. Lots of people eat it for their breakfast, but Je'nae is cooking it as a very special dinner for her friends. She is using saltfish, fresh cabbage and colourful peppers in her meal. It gets slower and slower as it nears them until eventually it lands a little way away, a door opens and from out of it steps a strange creature in a space suit – they don’t know what it is but we can see it’s a human astronaut! They rush back underground to tell the others.

Elaine Paige looks back on A Night on the Town – a musical extravaganza from the early 1980s, filmed with a mostly American cast of singers and dancers, such as Ann Reinking, Hinton Battle, Frank Gorshin and the wonderful Eartha Kitt. Elaine recalls being drawn to the production as it featured so many songs from writers she most admires – Irving Berlin, Cole Porter and Noel Coward. She had to play several parts, as each musical number had its own vignette, which allowed her to play a very loud and broad hat check girl from the 1930s, a dame from the Deep South and a Russian countess - much to the delight of fellow actor Lewis Collins, with whom she had great fun on set.

Musical spectacular, first broadcast in 1983, showcasing the work of Irving Berlin, Noel Coward, George Gershwin and Cole Porter. Ann Reinking and Lewis Collins sing and dance their way through the bright lights of Berlin, London, New York, New Orleans and Paris, meeting Elaine Paige, Eartha Kitt and Frank Gorshin along the way. Alexander Faris conducts the BBC Concert Orchestra.

Max absolutely loves dinosaurs, so the thought of going on a fossil hunt is like a dream come true. We join the start of his journey as he goes to see a Tyrannosaurus skeleton at a museum with his mum and dad. Afterwards, they head over to a beach to see if they can spot any fossils but soon discover that they're more tricky to find than they first realised. Dad gives Max a fossil brick to practise with, and they meet up with the local fossil expert, Martin, who thinks he might be able to help them with their search. After a quick lesson on how fossils are formed, Martin takes Max and his dad to a different beach to go on a fossil expedition, where they begin the hunt for some real fossils.

Next, Aneeshwar and Lizzie head out to feed two pelicans. They are one of the largest birds on earth and have giant mouths, called a gular, to scoop up fish. They use it to catch their food as Aneeshwar and Lizzie feed them fish for lunch. These two animals are very different, but Aneeshwar and Lizzie discover what the unusual and extraordinary wild connection is between them.

JoJo learns that Panda's stitches are a bit like a scar on Gran Gran's arm. JoJo learns that scars don't go away, but they don't change who you are either.

When Mr Onion rides out on the Bumparoller, things sometimes happen! Mr Onion uses the Bumparoller to rescue his best friend, to move a big log out of the way and to squash a bump in the road. Mr Onion is always ready to help.

Despite being locked into a life-or-death struggle, wartime Britain saw an extraordinary explosion of art. From portraits to posters, cartoons to huge canvases, art was suddenly everywhere. Among the works were some of the most intense and immediate creations of the 20th century. Presenter Alastair Sooke explores the often overlooked history of Britain's wartime renaissance. He meets the Blitz survivors, factory workers and Land Girls who became the subject of iconic paintings and talks to contemporary war artists about the challenges of creating art in conflict zones. Travelling from the shipyards of the Clyde to the concentration camps of northern Germany Alastair discovers how art bore witness, rising above propaganda to create an enduring, deeply humane record of the 'People's War' and laying the groundwork for our own understanding of what art should be and do.
